a fashion-focused body of work exploring the connection between beachwear and my personal experience growing up by the shore
as a girl, when I was at the beach and the day was growing old and I was growing bored, I would take our old beach sheet and style it in different ways…tucking the ends in my bathing suit and wrapping it around myself to create a bodice and skirt. this playful practice cemented my love for fashion and a curiosity for personal expression.
